Social Media
Three-month campaigns, real results.
Content distributed across Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Pinterest for two client accounts. In July, posting tempo and days were adjusted based on platform data showing Tuesdays through Saturdays as peak engagement days. Both campaigns remain active, and continue to be adjusted in response to viewer, follower and unfollower behaviour as it develops.
Tobias Art
Built around reaching art buyers rather than artists, with a deliberate shift away from artist-community hashtags like #fineart toward collector and lifestyle-oriented tags including #artcollector, #southafricanart, #interiordesign, and geography-specific tags like #clarens and #freestate.
Blankets for Africa
Reach grew significantly over three months, with non-followers consistently comprising the majority, confirming strong discovery potential. Follower growth, however, stalled after an initial gain, views were not converting to followers, likely due to a lack of explicit calls to action. Going forward, every post reinforces the "pamper yourself" angle with direct follow prompts in captions, hashtags have shifted to niche and location-specific tags (#ClarensShops, #SouthAfricanHandmade, #SelfCareAfrica), and a weekly "new in store" format gives both locals and visitors a consistent reason to follow and visit the shop on Main.
Blankets for Africa — Posts

Not every blanket shouts. These ones whisper — cream, grey, soft stripe, fringed edge. The kind that disappear into a bedroom and never leave.
Some mornings just need the right bag. Yellow. Compact. Ready before the coffee is finished. The crossbody and coin purse that go everywhere together.

Every fire needs someone who arrives wrapped in a blanket and owns the whole evening. She knows something the rest of them are still learning. The blanket is not just warmth. It is authority.
One blanket. The whole room changes. Throw it over the couch and suddenly everything else makes sense. Warm and beautiful — that is not a compromise, that is the point.
Every trip deserves a bag that looks like it has already been somewhere. Packed or empty, this one turns heads either way.

A painting leaves the studio and you rarely know what happens next. Some go to galleries. Some go home with someone you never meet. One of these, we know exactly where it lives now. The rest, scattered wherever people carry the things they love.
Striped Fields now watches over a bookkeeper's desk in Clarens. Something about red earth and storm clouds probably puts the numbers in perspective.
